Can you believe February has arrived already! Now that everyone is settling into the new year and getting back in to routine, it's time to announce our stunning all Australian cheese pack for this month!

We are excited to share more details about this box with you! Delicious, cheesy details! In this pack, you have the opportunity to discover, or re-discover some great Australian made cheesy treasures! All of them are very distinct but in their own way absolutely amazing!
This month’s cheese*:
Each pack includes four cheeses made by great Australian, artisan cheesemakers, plus accompanying tasting notes for wine and food pairings.
Please note: This month, we have two different blues, so you will receive one of the two listed below.
SOFT - Monet, Kris Lloyd | SA
This one’s been trialled by the Brittish Royal family, so now you too can dine like monarchs. Using a traditional, overnight lactic fermentation method, a fresh creamy chevre is first created. The following day the curds are labelled by hand and drained before they are whipped with a generous seasoning. A selection of herbs and organic edible flowers that are in season decorate the cheese. Every cheese is seasonally themed. No two are the same. The cheese is named Monet after Monet Gardens because the finished product is not unlike photographs of his garden. Like all Kris Lloyd’s cheeses, the Monet holds lots of impressive awards including gold medals at the 2012 Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards, 2012 South Australian Dairy Awards, 2012 Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show plus many more.
HARD - Clothbound Cheddar, Pyengana | TAS
For four generations, the Healey family have been making English-style cheddar from their Pyengana farm. To this day, they still only make cheddar…12 varieties mind you and this one is Australia’s best example of how a cheddar should be. It’s richness of flavour, the butteriness and that earthy smell from the cloth make this a gold.
STINKY - Jensen's Red, Tarago River | VIC
A luscious velvety soft paste with a subtle goaty flavour, this cheese is a pure expression of the joy of spring and summer milk. A product of enjoyment as the goats graze in the warm sunshine
You will receive one of the following two blues:
BLUE: Blue Cow, Nimbin Valley Dairy | NSW
From two months of age this cheese displays mild cow milk flavours combined with a background of blue notes. Although ripe from 8 weeks of age it will become softer in texture, stronger in flavour and display classic blue cheese flavour with fruity notes best after 10 to 12 weeks of age. At this age the salty blue flavour is first on the palate and lingers to combine with the creamy rich full cow milk flavour that all of the world’s classic blue cheeses are renowned for.
BLUE: Venus Blue, Prom Country | VIC
Named Australia’s best, this 7 month matured cavity blue cheese is made with unique cultures from their own raw milk! It has a delicate smooth texture and rounded complex flavour. It’s no snoozy Susan (sorry to any Susan reading)! This vibrant Venus Blue has consistently gone from strength to strength, certainly pulling its weight around the farm, helping to bring home awards year after year for Prom Country Cheese.

The Nitty Gritty:
Each cheese weighs approx. 150g-200g. Sometimes we will find a brilliant or rare cheese that weighs less that we just want to showcase to you.
Every month we will deliver incredible cheeses from around Australia, direct to your door. All handmade by artisan makers.
Therapy Box subscriptions are sent second week of the month. If you would like us to delay your pack, please let us know. If you join our Cheese Club later in the month, we will send when we receive your order, unless sold out - in which case, your pack will be rolled into the next month.
We deliverto most of the country via refrigerated vehicles through Home Delivery Service. We no longer deliver through Australia Post due to unreliability. More details about delivery and where we deliver to can be found here.
