We guess you've already heard the word, cheese is the Christmas gift to give this year! It really can't get any better than a hexagon shaped French cheese! Imagine the puzzled look on the person gifted this deliciousness, surprised by its characteristic shape whilst unwrapping the gift - to reveal a box filled with CHEESE! Remember, if gifted you can't blame the receiver choosing not to share. To be on the safe side you should order one for yourself too.
SOFT - Le Dauphin, Fromagerie Guilloteau | France
Le Dauphin is considered the "Prince of French Cheese" with the name deriving from the heir apparent to the French Throne. The texture and creaminess of this outstanding cheese lend itself to a unique process whereby the milk is filtered under pressure to remove much of the excess fluid. The result is a texture closer to butter that is silky.
