There's something alluring about the combination of truffle and a creamy cheese. They are a match made in heaven! You will love everything about this. It is ripe and ready to go. Enjoy the ride!

 

Serving fact of the day:
Your cheese will ripen for two weeks past the best before and can be enjoyed with a deeper flavour or open it up now and enjoy. Remember to bring to room temperature before eating for maximum goo!

    Great Cheese - Lousy Delivery Driver

    I sent this cheese as a gift to my daughter. She received a call from the delivery man who was complaining that the address said drive instead of street or something like that . She told him the correct ending and then he said that it was too far to go. She then suggested that he delivery to her at her work which was closer and only about 10 minutes away. He refused and argued about leaving it at the Murrumbateman Post Office where it had to wait until my daughter finished work. Fortunately the ladies at the post office also run the pharmacy and had room inter frighted for the cheese. My daughter loves the cheese as she has had it previously but the delivery driver was uncooperative, unhelpful and just plain rude. He left a very bad taste in our mouth with his lack of service and even courtesy. Unfortunately he is from an overseas origin and I have had similar experience in that country.
